Spartan Athletique FZE is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, operating as a supplier of professional gym equipment, fitness fit-out solutions, flooring, and related products across the UAE and GCC region.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely free of errors. In the event of a material error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative, a backorder option, or a full refund.
For bespoke gym fit-out projects, custom equipment, or large-scale commercial orders, separate project agreements or quotations may apply. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreements unless expressly stated otherwise.
By placing an order through the Site or via direct enquiry, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us via email.
Once an order is confirmed, amendments or cancellations may not always be possible, particularly for items that are already in production, shipped, or sourced on a made-to-order basis. Please contact us at enquiry@spartanathletique.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or where we are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
All prices listed on the Site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the applicable UAE rate will be added at checkout where required.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, certified payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your payment details are correct and your account has sufficient funds before placing an order.
A VAT-compliant tax invoice will be issued for all completed orders in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.
We deliver across the UAE and the wider GCC region. Delivery availability, timelines, and charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you prior to order confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Timelines may vary depending on product availability, order size, delivery location, and logistics factors outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you only upon receipt of full payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible and suitable to receive the products. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, storage, or special handling if delivery cannot be completed as planned.
For large gym fit-out projects or bulk equipment orders, delivery schedules will be agreed upon separately as part of the project scope.

To initiate a return, contact us at enquiry@spartanathletique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Many of our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Please refer to the documentation provided with your product or contact us for warranty details specific to your purchase.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at enquiry@spartanathletique.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf where applicable.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Spartan Athletique FZE complies with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements. VAT is applied to applicable orders in accordance with UAE VAT law. Our Tax Registration Number (TRN) is available upon request or on issued invoices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at enquiry@spartanathletique.com.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
