The SelectEDGE Lat Pulldown/Low Row Combo is designed to provide two essential back exercises from one commercial strength machine.
Users can perform lat pulldowns to train the upper back and pulling muscles, then quickly transition to low rows without complicated equipment changes.
The machine's two-position seat is one of its main innovations. The seat moves between the pulldown and row positions while remaining stable in both configurations. This eliminates the need to remove or disconnect handles or footplates when changing exercises.
A UHMW polymer footplate provides a high-traction surface and also serves as the row handle rest. The machine uses partially hidden aviation-grade cables behind a steel tower shroud, creating a clean commercial appearance while protecting the cable system.
